Progressive DAO Formation

We're committed to building Weiss Finance as a community-governed protocol. This item tracks our roadmap toward launching a DAO structure that enables contributors and users to participate in key decision-making processes.

This roadmap item tracks our research and development efforts to:

• Exploring existing DAO frameworks on Sui, or developing custom Move-based governance modules

• Defining voting logic, quorum requirements, and proposal lifecycle

• Enabling on-chain execution of approved proposals

• Coordinating early community input through off-chain tools like CharmVerse or Discord

• Ensuring long-term transparency, immutability, and decentralized control of protocol governance

Governance will be launched in stages — starting with community coordination and moving toward fully on-chain execution as the protocol and community mature.
